The Stars That Shine Girl Empowerment Conference is West Virginia’s largest youth empowerment event for middle and high school girls. This transformative conference focuses on empowerment, education, self-care, and self-confidence, providing a day of inspiring workshops, hands-on activities, and unforgettable experiences for girls from West Virginia and beyond.

Our 2025 conference theme is "Glow Up" and it's all about confidence, empowerment, and stepping into your strength so you can access new opportunities and create a brighter future. This conference will give you the tools, mentorship, and inspiration to glow up from the inside out!
