Girl Empowerment
Our Girl Empowerment initiatives span from engaging workshops to large conferences, all designed to boost self-esteem, enhance academic performance, and strengthen peer and family relationships.
Our Middle School Empowerment Program is implemented in local schools and supplemented by bi-monthly sessions called SELF Saturdays.

High School
Girl Empowerment
Our high school girl empowerment initiatives center on our Girl Next Door Program, an initiative dedicated to combating bullying, addressing peer pressure, promoting women's health education, and building self-confidence.
Our High School Empowerment Program is implemented in local schools and supplemented by monthly weekend sessions. This program empowers young women to thrive both academically and personally, preparing them to become tomorrow's leaders.​
Academic Support
STARS have access to year-round academic support through tutoring, academic success coaching, and access to STEM/Cyber training programs.
Mentorship
STARS are supported by our dedicated team of staff and mentors, who play an active role in each girl's journey, providing guidance, encouragement, and resources to help them succeed.
Enrichment Adventures
Girls enrolled as STARS have full access to all our programs, including Enrichment Adventures—a series of trips and retreats designed to broaden horizons through educational experiences, relaxation, and self-care. These adventures are a vital part of our mission, exposing our girls to new cultural and academic environments.
Summer Camp
Our summer camp programs provide girls with a life-changing, scholarship-funded experience.
Campers engage in empowerment workshops, receive academic support, explore career paths through fairs and job shadowing, enjoy exciting summer trips and activities, and end the season with a girls retreat!
Internships & Scholarships
Stars That Shine offers valuable internship and scholarship opportunities for high school girls and young women enrolled in West Virginia colleges or trade schools, empowering them to achieve academic and career success.
Academic & Career Enrichment
​Our ACE Program is designed for high school and college girls looking to advance their skills and knowledge in Engineering, IT, Business Development, and Entrepreneurship.
